Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and OccultSanctum, operated from Perth, Western Australia, Australia ("OccultSanctum," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the OccultSanctum platform at myday.occultsanctum.com or any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

OccultSanctum provides the following digital services through its Platform:

• KP (Krishnamurti Paddhati) Astrology — Birth chart generation, house cusp analysis, planetary positions, significator tables, and dasha timelines using multiple algorithmic approaches (Standard, Advanced, Classic/Devaraj Cuspal Interlinks).
• Birth Time Rectification (BTR) — Multi-chart analysis across time windows to help identify potential birth times using anchor-based event matching.
• AI-Powered Oracle Chatbots — Conversational AI assistants (including but not limited to WAQT, SAMAY, theVedicOracle, HASTA, KarmicAnk, Oshatra, INTEGRUM, DINCHARYA) that provide astrological, numerological, and spiritual interpretations powered by third-party artificial intelligence models.
• Vedic Numerology — Numerological analysis based on name and date of birth, including compatibility reports.
• Palmistry — AI-assisted analysis of palm images uploaded by users.
• Reports and Charts — Downloadable PDF reports, day charts, and analytical outputs.

🔮 This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

All content, readings, predictions, reports, analyses, recommendations, and outputs generated by the Platform — whether produced by algorithmic calculation, artificial intelligence, or any combination thereof — are provided strictly for entertainment and general informational purposes only.

You expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that

• OccultSanctum's services are based on traditional astrological, numerological, and occult systems that are not scientifically validated and have no proven predictive accuracy.
• No content on the Platform constitutes, or should be interpreted as, professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, tax, career, relationship, or any other form of professional advice.
• AI-generated responses are produced by large language models (including models from Anthropic and Google) that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fabricated ("hallucinated") information.
• You should never make important life decisions — including but not limited to those related to health, finances, legal matters, relationships, career changes, real estate transactions, or medical treatments — based solely or primarily on any output from this Platform.
• You should always seek qualified, licensed professionals for any matters requiring professional advice.
• Astrological timing predictions (dashas, transits, muhurats) should not be relied upon for scheduling surgeries, legal proceedings, financial transactions, or any consequential real-world events.
• Birth time rectification results are speculative and represent algorithmic approximations, not verified or guaranteed birth times.

By using the Platform, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of astrological, numerological, palmistry, and AI-generated content. You acknowledge that:

• You are using these services of your own free will and for personal entertainment or curiosity.
• You are solely responsible for any actions you take or decisions you make based on, or influenced by, any content from the Platform.
• You waive any and all claims, demands, causes of action, and rights to sue OccultSanctum, its owner, operators, developers, affiliates, and service providers for any loss, damage, harm, injury, or adverse outcome — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive — arising from or related to your use of the Platform or reliance on its content.
• This waiver extends to emotional distress, psychological harm, financial losses, relationship consequences, and any other adverse outcomes that you may attribute to the use of the Platform.

Significant portions of the Platform's outputs are generated by artificial intelligence systems provided by third-party providers (Anthropic and Google). You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inconsistent, contradictory, or entirely fabricated. The AI may present speculative or incorrect information with apparent confidence.
• AI responses do not reflect the personal opinions or endorsements of OccultSanctum.
• The AI may occasionally produce content that is inappropriate, offensive, or culturally insensitive despite safeguards in place.
• OccultSanctum does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any purpose.
• The retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system draws from curated knowledge bases, but the AI's interpretation and synthesis of this information may introduce errors.
• Chat histories and AI interactions are stored for service delivery purposes and are not confidential communications protected by any privilege.

The Platform may generate content that references health, medical conditions, mental health, or physical wellbeing in an astrological or numerological context. You expressly acknowledge that:

• Such content is not medical advice and must never be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
• You must not delay or forgo medical treatment based on any astrological or numerological reading.
• If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or suicidal thoughts, you should contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately — not rely on this Platform.
• OccultSanctum accepts no liability for any health-related consequences arising from your use of the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users between 13 and 17 years of age may only use the Platform under direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has read and accepted these Terms.

Accounts are created through Google OAuth or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

8.1 Credit System

The Platform operates on a unified credit system. Credits are the sole currency for accessing paid features including AI oracle consultations, report generation, and premium analyses. New accounts receive a complimentary allocation of credits as determined by OccultSanctum from time to time.

8.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits may be purchased through the following payment processors: Stripe, Razorpay, Apple In-App Purchase, and Google In-App Purchase. All transactions are processed securely by these third-party providers, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. OccultSanctum does not store your credit card or payment details directly.

8.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the user.

8.4 Refund Policy

Credits that have been consumed (used to generate reports, chat messages, or any other service output) are non-refundable. For unused credits, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting occultsanctum@gmail.com. Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of OccultSanctum. For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the refund policies of the respective platform apply.

8.5 Monthly Credits

OccultSanctum may, at its discretion, grant complimentary monthly credits to active users. The amount and eligibility for monthly credits may change at any time without notice. Monthly credits carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

8.6 Credit Expiry and Account Termination

Unused credits do not expire while your account remains active. However, if your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, all remaining credits are forfeited.

When using palmistry features, you may upload images of your palm. By uploading any image, you represent and warrant that you have the right to share that image and that you consent to its processing by our AI systems. Palm images are processed for the purpose of generating readings and may be temporarily retained for service delivery. OccultSanctum does not use uploaded images for training AI models. You should not upload images containing identifying information beyond what is necessary for the palmistry reading.

You agree not to

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code or algorithms of the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar means to access the Platform or its APIs without express written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Platform to generate content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or that infringes on the rights of others.
• Share or redistribute AI-generated content from the Platform in a way that misrepresents it as professional advice.
• Attempt to circumvent the credit system or exploit any vulnerability to obtain services without proper payment.
• Use the Platform's API access beyond the scope of your authorised API key and agreed rate limits.

All content, software, algorithms, astrological engines, designs, branding, trade names, and proprietary systems on the Platform are the exclusive property of OccultSanctum or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use reports and outputs generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any output from the Platform without prior written consent.

The underlying astrological theories and systems (KP, Cuspal Interlinks, Vedic numerology, etc.) are traditional knowledge systems in the public domain. OccultSanctum's intellectual property claim extends to our specific implementations, algorithms, software, and platform design — not to the underlying astrological systems themselves.

The Platform integrates with and relies upon the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and policies:

• Authentication Google OAuth 2.0, Apple Sign-In
• AI Providers Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini)
• Payment Processors Stripe, Razorpay, Apple In-App Purchase, Google In-App Purchase
• Infrastructure Render (hosting), Google Maps / Places API (geocoding)
• Email Resend

OccultSanctum is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security practices of these third-party services. Outages or changes to third-party services may temporarily affect Platform functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OccultSanctum, its owner, operators, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, emotional distress, personal injury, or property damage, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

In no event shall OccultSanctum's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount you have paid to OccultSanctum in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) AUD $100.

This limitation applies even if OccultSanctum has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any remedy set forth herein fails of its essential purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OccultSanctum, its owner, operators, developers, affiliates, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your reliance on any content generated by the Platform; (d) any content you upload to the Platform; or (e) your violation of any rights of any third party.

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Platform at our discretion. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, abusive behaviour, fraudulent payment activity, or excessive use that degrades service for other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at occultsanctum@gmail.com.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OccultSanctum with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
