In Vastu Shastra, there are ten distinct directions: the primary ones (North, East, South, West), the secondary directions (Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, Northwest), and the vertical directions (Zenith, or Up, and Nadir, or Down). Each of these directions is influenced by specific planetary forces, deities, and mantras, which shape the energy and characteristics of the space. Understanding and aligning these energies within your living or working environment can foster greater harmony, prosperity, and overall well-being.
